This infill development of four small homes were designed and constructed by EEC. The goal of this project was to create low maintenance, durable, and affordable units; appealing to investors as rentals or the perfect opportunity for a first time home buyer. Each unit is between 1,000 and 1,050 square feet, has a large single car garage, two bedrooms, two baths, a private fenced in yard, is ADA accessible, and is energy efficient.
