EEC designed this two unit townhouse. The site was located on a corner lot and set us up for a unique design opportunity. Since it is on a corner lot, each unit has a separate drive and from each adjacent street, the building looks like a single home, not a duplex. The units share only a garage wall; giving each close to the privacy a single household offers.
