In the Second Phase of the TenderNest Assisted Living development EEC designed and constructed four residential complexes and a gazebo for outdoor relaxation. Each residence building is 7,300 square feet, and includes 16 bedrooms. The ornate Alder Trim package along with the grand living room fireplace and bookcases make for a warm and inviting atmosphere that anyone would enjoy. In addition to the heated sidewalks, a decorative security entrance and landscaping make for a safe and secure environment for the elderly residents.
